Custom work developed for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

ProWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProWizard operates.
